Return Policy

All products have a 30 day Return policy

Damages - The last thing we want is for you to be stuck with a damaged item.

Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 1 (one) week after the product has been received at sales@captaingorilla.com

Adding a picture of the product in the state it arrived is mandatory to ensure your claim can get reviewed correctly.

Package Loss - For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 2 (two) weeks after the estimated delivery date.

Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.

If you notice an issue on the products or anything else on the order, please submit a problem report by sending us an e-mail at sales@captaingorilla.com

Wrong Address - If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to us. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you.

Unclaimed - Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to us and you will be liable for the cost of a reshipment to your shippinadres stated at order check out.

Returned by Customer - If you want to return an item it is best to contact us by mail at sales@capataingorilla.com before returning any products. We do not refund orders for buyer’s remorse, and size exchanges are to be reviewed in discretion before we make a decision on wether you can have a refund or have a new order.

Shipping costs at your expense are standard if a new order would need to be placed for an updated size if you choose to accept or offer size exchanges on your product.

Notification for EU consumers: According to Article 16(c) of the Directive 2011/83/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council of 25 October 2011 on consumer rights, the right of withdrawal may not be provided for the supply of goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalized, therefore Captain Gorilla reserves rights to refuse returns at its sole discretion.

This Policy shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the English language, regardless of any translations made for any purpose whatsoever.
